Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and chicken road ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They apply to all use of the chicken road website and mobile application, including account registration, game play, deposits, withdrawals, and any communications with support.

Using the platform in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing, or playing — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. All three documents together govern your relationship with chicken road.

chicken road reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of chicken road after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one chicken road account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

During registration you must provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. This information must match the government-issued ID you submit during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

KYC verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's licence, PhilSys ID, UMID, or SSS card). chicken road may request additional documentation if required for compliance purposes.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Notify chicken road immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• chicken road will never ask for your password via email or support chat.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on chicken road are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel — InstaPay deposits are typically credited in real time, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in the same name as the verified chicken road account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Game Play and Fair Use

All games available on chicken road are for entertainment purposes. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino titles, by live dealers in real time. chicken road does not guarantee any specific outcome, and no strategy or system can predict results.

Players are expected to use the platform fairly and in good faith. The following actions are prohibited:

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.

chicken road reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold balances if any prohibited activity is detected. Such decisions are final pending internal review.

Promotions and Bonuses

chicken road may offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives from time to time. Any such offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the promotion. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms apply for that promotion.

Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. chicken road reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if misuse or abuse is detected. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

No specific bonus amounts, percentages, cashback rates, or timeframes are guaranteed in these general Terms. Players should review the details of each individual offer at the time it is presented.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

chicken road is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit budget settings, session time reminders, and access to gaming history to help players stay in control. All players must be 21 years of age or older.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, you can request a voluntary self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support. • Multiple accounts are identified under the same identity.
• The account is involved in suspected money laundering or financial crime.
• The account holder requests closure voluntarily.

In cases of verified fraud or Terms breach, PHP balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where a suspension is found to have been made in error, chicken road will restore the account and any withheld balance promptly.

Privacy and Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using chicken road, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate the account, verify identity, process payments, and provide customer support.

chicken road uses SSL encryption on all connections and stores your account data on secured servers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties outside of what is required for payment processing and compliance purposes.

Limitation of Liability

chicken road provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

chicken road is not responsible for losses incurred through game play. Gambling involves risk and all players acknowledge that losing their deposited funds is a possible outcome. The platform does not offer any guarantee of return or profit.

Our total liability to any player for any claim arising out of platform use is limited to the PHP balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises, unless a greater liability is required under applicable law.
